DISCOUNT PETS & SUPPLIES ONE YEAR'S SUPPLY OF ADVANTAGE II OR ADVANTIX II-OFFICIAL RULES
1. The Discount Pets & Supplies ADVANTAGE II or ADVANTIX II Giveaway is conducted by Discount Pets & Supplies Inc.
2. To enter the Discount Pets & Supplies ADVANTAGE II or ADVANTIX II Giveaway simply click on the “ Enter to Win “ icon located at the top center of DiscountPetsAndSupplies.com Starting Friday January 6, 2012. Fill out the submission form and enter. Only one submission per e-mail address is allowed. Winners will be randomly chosen every twelve (12) days with the first winner announced January 18, 2012 and contacted by e-mail before 12pm that day. All entries will have six (6) chances to win. No purchase is necessary to win.
3. The giveaway will run every twelve (12) days beginning Friday, January 6, 2012 through Sunday March 18, 2012 for a total of seventy three (73) days resulting in six (6) separate winners, for a total of six (6) Advantage II or Advantix II Prizes. Winners must come to Discount Pets & Supplies 211 Hancock Bridge Parkway Cape Coral, Florida, between regular business hours (10:00am – 8:00pm) to pick-up their prize. Prizes can be shipped to winners homes for a $6.00 fee.
4. Prize description: Two ( 2 ) 6 packs of your choice of Advantage II or Advantix II, Your option for brand & size. Advantix II is not available for Cats. The prizes in part or whole are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
5. Awarding of any prize is contingent upon the winner presenting two forms of identification, including one photo ID. Winner will be required to complete and sign an affidavit of eligibility, prize acceptance form and liability release. In the event of non-compliance with these published rules of the contest, the prize will be forfeited.
6. The Discount Pets & Supplies Advantage II or Advantix II Giveaway is open to all Continental United States residents 18 years and older. Employees of Discount Pets & Supplies Inc., Discount Pets & Supplies, DiscountPetsAndSupplies.com, their immediate families, and employees of any other Pet Store or Pet Supply Distributor serving the Continental United States as well as employees of Bayer are not eligible to win. Only one (1) winner will be awarded per household. You are not eligible to win if you or anyone in your household has won a contest conducted by Discount Pets & Supplies Inc. in the previous 90 days. The General Manager, whose decision is final, will resolve all disputes as to matters relating to this contest.
7. Acceptance of prize offered & entry constitutes permission to use winner’s name, biographical information, voice and/or likeness for purposes of advertising, publicity and promotion without further compensation. Acceptance of prize releases Discount Pets & Supplies Inc. and all other sponsors related entities and all other related parties from any and all liability.
8. Discount Pets & Supplies Inc. is not responsible for any failure of the Enter to Win system which may prevent a contestant from completing the contest entry process. Only e-mail entries will be considered. You will receive a conformation e-mail that your are officially entered. If you do not receive this e-mail ( be sure to check your spam file too ) this could mean entry failure. You can re-enter the contest as our system will notify you if you are already entered.
